GL320 was developed for meet the new need of pb-free technology to overage productiones.
The features of the wave soldering place the GL320 amongst the top of the manufaturing of waves soldering machines.

Fluxer Module

The fluxer module assura the maximum flexibility using both systems, foam and spray.
The spray module (Option) has high performances for satisfy the requestes of the customers most demanding.

Pre-Heating Module

The machine GL320 is equipted with long pre-heating module (1500 mm.) to get the right temperature on the bottom side of the boards also with 100% water fluxer

Solder Pot Module

The Titanium was been the initial choose to the carrying out of the solder bath, pumps, solder chamber and noozle.
The capacity of the bath is around 350 kg. of alloy and the power required for warmup is 10 kw

Conveyor

The machine base use the belt conveyor, and it's develop with powerful alluminium anti-corodal extruse 80 x 40 mm.

Automaic mechanical adjustament of the distance between the board and the waves (Constant distance)
Speed conveyor (By 50 to 200 cm/min)
Machine frame enable place the machine in an automatic return pallet line

Cooling Module

The machine GL320 is equipted with the cooling module (Option) which help reduce the temperature of the board on bottom side for to be remove from the pallet
