The rework machine R450 it's a flexible system to repair and rework the boards
The compact dimension of the frame allow move the machine in many place in production

Contro Panel

The control panel is of easy acces in front of the machine
On the control panel are available the following commands

Main switch power
Digital thermoregulator (to control the solder pot temperature)
Pump speed control
Wave timer (On/Off) (To setup the solder timer)
Food switch (to have free hands)

Laser Pointer

The laser beam help the operator find the center of the solder nozzle, that allow of move the board easily centering the components

Pallet mobile

The standard pallet is assembled on a mobile carriage that allow move the board from X and Y axis
After move the pcb on the right position the pallet cam be fixed with own screws to warrant the maximum stability
At this point the machine it's done to start the rework proces

Noozle interchangeable

The machine R450 is provided with three different kind of noozle with different shapes (hole, square and rectcangular)
The nozzle can be change quickly with the specific tool.
The different type of nozzle can be used to disolder the different kind of component just on one step
Customer nozzle can be realize in accordance with the customer request
